MVLE is dedicated to assisting the individuals we support achieve integrated community employment that builds on their individual strengths and talents. We recognize that employment means different things to different people. For some it may mean a full-time job; for others it may mean working part-time and then participating in other activities; for others still it may mean working one day a week for a few hours, then volunteering or spending time with friends and family. Some may wish to work as a part of a team, others may wish to work by themselves. MVLE is committed to assisting individuals who want to work, learn new skills and be able to work in a job of their choosing.
